The original manufacturer plate identifies the fixture as made in Hollywood, California, U.S.A., for 120 or 240-volt AC or DC operation. Finished in a distinctive muted red/pink industrial coating, the fixture shows scratches, paint loss, and other wear consistent with professional use.
