At Rebuilders Xchange, we take great care to offer high-quality, unique architectural salvage items, each with its own history and character. As a consignment business, our items are sold in "as-is" condition, and we encourage our customers to carefully review each product before purchase.

Please note the following terms of our Return Policy:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and often antique nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including a change of mind or sourcing an alternative product.

Product Condition

All items are sold in "as-is" condition and may show wear, aging, or imperfections that are inherent to salvaged materials.

We make every effort to accurately represent each item's condition through detailed descriptions and photographs.

Inspection and Verification

Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, and photos.

If desired, additional/confirming information or photos can be provided upon request.

In-person inspections are encouraged during business hours Wednesday – Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm, at 5401 Hamilton Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114 (GPS: 1299 E 53rd St, Cleveland, OH 44114) or by appointment.

Misrepresentation Clause

If you believe an item has been significantly misrepresented—meaning the condition, dimensions, or other essential characteristics were inaccurately described or undisclosed—please contact us within 48 hours of pick up/receiving the item.

In such cases, we will review the matter carefully and, if found valid, work toward a fair resolution. However, normal wear and tear, age-related imperfections, and aesthetic variations in salvaged materials do not constitute misrepresentation.

Shipping and Delivery

We take great care in packaging and shipping items to ensure safe arrival. However, once an item leaves our premises, Rebuilders Xchange is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit.

We encourage customers to address any shipping damage claims with Rebuilders Xchange via email. Customers may be required to contact and manage the issue directly with the carrier.
