Description :
This heavy-duty swing door measures 35 ¾" W x 80" T x 1 ¾" D and features an expansive open glass panel, now missing its original glazing. One side is slightly fire damaged with significant texture and patina from years of use. The other side retains a worn, dark-stained oak finish with visible scratches and age wear. A complete hardware plate and knob set remain intact on both sides, exhibiting surface rust but solid structure. This piece is perfect for industrial-style interior partitions or as a dramatic entry statement with glazing restoration.
