Description : Large lot of approximately 210 salvaged tapered wood shakes divided among three bins, with an estimated 70 pieces per bin. Each shake measures approximately 16" long and tapers from about ½" thick at the butt end to a thin upper edge. Widths vary, averaging approximately 5". The collection includes gray, white, natural wood, and weathered painted surfaces, with nail holes, paint loss, splits, chipped edges, and other character from previous installation. With approximately 1,400 linear inches of combined nominal width, the lot represents about 97 square feet of material when laid flat before allowing for overlap, waste, and unusable pieces. Sold together as one lot, these reclaimed shakes are useful for restoration, siding repairs, rustic wall treatments, crafts, architectural displays, and other creative reuse projects.
