Description :
This solid brass mortise latch strike plate features a rounded profile face rather than a flat one—designed to blend more seamlessly into curved or beaded door frames. It includes a recessed rectangular strike pocket and two pre-drilled screw holes on either end of the plate. The number “1205” is marked on the back, and its surface bears aged lacquer and residual paint from decades of use. This hardware is ideal for restoring vintage commercial, institutional, or craftsman-era doors that originally used rounded-profile strike fittings.
