This substantial flat-top steamer trunk dates from the late 1800s and was built for serious travel. Featuring curved wood slats, textured pressed-metal panels, and ornate stamped-metal hardware, this trunk is both functional and highly decorative. The body is clad in olive-brown canvas with reinforced metal corners and elegant riveted bindings. The dome lid offers extra storage space, while the size makes it perfect as a coffee table, statement storage piece, or retail display. Interior is unfinished and shows natural wear from age and use.
