This decorative brass tripod base features an elaborate pierced design with stylized shell medallions and scrolling rococo flourishes radiating from a central mounting ring. Likely used for a candelabra, small table lamp, or a mantel clock, this base elevates the piece with ornamental presence while maintaining sturdy functionality. The underside reveals wear consistent with age, and the original mounting bar remains intact.
