Featuring detailed pressed and pierced floral scroll motifs, the design exhibits Victorian sensibilities, with raised relief leaf-and-berry motifs and triangular extensions adding a decorative edge. The central mounting bar has visible threading and the marking “DBW 811,” likely indicating a foundry or mold number from the late 19th or early 20th century.
