This small antique bullet catch is a spring-loaded latch mechanism used in cabinet doors to keep them securely closed without the need for a traditional lock. The surface-mount design features a cylindrical housing with a projecting plunger and flared tip, often paired with a strike plate (not included). It has a lovely timeworn patina and remains a functional piece of hardware ideal for period-accurate cabinetry restoration.
