Description :
This stately pair of antique andirons features classic ball-top finials, turned brass shafts, and elegant cabriole legs ending in pad feet. Constructed with solid brass fronts and cast iron rear supports, these andirons measure 8" W x 17 ¾" D x 14 ½" H each. The aged patina and verdigris on the brass add depth and authenticity, while the iron components show typical surface rust from decades of use. These were designed to elevate logs in a fireplace, allowing airflow beneath the wood for efficient burning. A timeless addition to traditional hearths or as decorative accents in historic interiors.
