Description :
These early 20th-century solid brass ball-tip door hinges were manufactured in the United States and bear the patent date October 28, 1913 (with a secondary patent date of March 14, 1922). Each hinge measures 4 inches wide by 4 inches high, a standard size for interior or light exterior doors of that era. Crafted from heavy-gauge brass with a warm aged patina, these hinges feature decorative finial ball tips and classic five-knuckle construction, designed for smooth swing motion and long-term durability. Excellent examples of pre-war American hardware engineering, they remain both functional and highly collectible.
