Description :
This heavy-duty vintage mortise lockset, produced by Yale, features a built-in cylinder and solid brass faceplate. Stamped with the patent date of 1932, the lock body is constructed from steel and finished in black enamel, showing surface wear from decades of use. The cast brass faceplate includes openings for the latch, deadbolt, and keyhole. The lock accepts a standard spindle and includes a thumb-turn slot and built-in cylinder lock, though no key is included. A fine candidate for restoration or matching with period hardware.
