Description :
This striking piece of outsider art merges historic automotive craftsmanship with industrial salvage and creative reuse. At its core is an authentic wooden-spoke Ford Model T wheel fitted with a “Gum-Dipped” Firestone tire, dating from the 1910s–1920s. The tire serves as the base for a glass-topped round table surface. Supporting the lamp structure is a lightweight PVC pipe, painted black for contrast and continuity. The lamp is mounted atop a perforated aluminum outdoor heater base, adding visual texture and a ventilated industrial look. A linen drum shade crowns the structure, secured by a sculptural metal finial. Fully wired and functional, this lamp-table hybrid stands as a one-of-a-kind functional sculpture, ideal for lovers of repurposed design and Americana heritage.
